How much does shipping cost?
We offer simple, flat-rate shipping on all orders:
- USA / $8 per order
- Canada / $15 per order
- Europe / $25 per order
- Asia + Rest of World / $35 per order
Note: international orders may be subject to certain custom duties and import fees. The importer (customer) is responsible for paying these fees.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We ship all orders from New York City via USPS, Monday through Friday. After your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email.
Domestic orders usually take between 3 - 5 business days to arrive. International orders typically arrive in 1 - 2 weeks, though this time frame can be longer if an order is held at customs.
What is your return policy?
We offer a risk-free shopping experience and encourage you to try on our clothing in the comfort of your own home. If you’re not happy with your purchase for any reason, we’ll make it right.
We will accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged product for full refund or exchange within 30 days of original purchase.

We highly suggest you obtain a shipment tracking # for all items sent to us. After we receive your item(s), we will process your return or exchange typically within 1 to 3 days.

I want to buy an item, but it’s sold-out or “coming soon.” What should I do?
The best way to get information on product releases and restocks is by
joining our mailing list, where we announce both first.
What size should I order?
A good rule of thumb is to purchase whatever size you normally do in other brands. Proof garments fit true to size, and have a tailored cut unless otherwise stated. Specific measurements and fit notes can be found on each product page.
If you are undecided between sizes, feel free to order several sizes and, with our risk-free policy, return the size that doesn’t fit properly.
How should I clean my Proof clothing?
You should always clean your Proof clothing as indicated on the garment’s care label. Care instructions can also be found on each product page.
Properly following care instructions will help your clothing last longer and perform better. Failure to follow care instructions can potentially damage your garment and alter its physical shape. If you have any questions about how to care for your garments,
