After we had finished stress-testing our first round of Merino Henley prototypes, it was obvious that we needed to make a T-Shirt. Our goal, as with the henley, was to make a garment stylish enough to wear casually around the city and technical enough for the great outdoors.
We're not the first group to make clothing from performance merino. However, the issue we have with existing merino clothing is that it looks entirely too 'outdoorsy', or is made with with poor-quality merino and unsuitable for active performance. We wanted looks and technical features.
We built our Crew with the same 100% technical merino wool used in our Henley. A natural insulator, merino regulates body temperature fluctuations, keeping you warm in colder temperatures and cool in hot conditions. Highly breathable and odor resistant, merino keeps you fresh in even the most active settings. On top of it all, the natural fabric is exceptionally comfortable and has a soft handfeel.
